Twin Gables Event Center:Wedding Bar Ordering Form This form is required for all bar orders at Twin Gables Event Center. Only individuals who are 21 years of age or older may submit a bar order. After submission, we will review your order and send an invoice. No payment is collected on this form. All alcohol is served on-site only by licensed bartenders. Alcohol service for pre wedding may begin at 10:00 a.m. for Friday and Saturday weddings, aligning with typical arrival times. Please note that on Sundays, due to Michigan law, alcohol service cannot start until 12:00 p.m., so there will be a brief gap between arrival and the first round of drinks. Bride's Order 💐 Typically, this includes 2–3 bottles of champagne for mimosas or sipping. Example: “2 bottles of champagne" Groom's Order 🍺 Typically, this includes a 24-pack of the groom’s favorite beer. Mimosa Mixer Options (Orange Juice): If you're planning to serve mimosas in the bride's room, you have two options for orange juice: We will bring our own orange juice Please provide orange juice for us – add to our bar invoice- We provide chilled Simply Orange Juice at $15 per 76 oz bottle, sufficient for up to three bottles of champagne. Additional bottles can be added as needed and will be priced accordingly. Important Notes: Orange juice is the only mixer we provide during the pre-wedding service. No other mixed drinks are offered before the bar opens. Our licensed bartenders must serve all alcohol; self-service is not permitted. All pre-wedding drinks must be picked up at the bar—bartenders are not stationed there continuously, but will check in every 30–60 minutes to see if you’d like another drink. The bride’s room is just behind the bar for easy access, and the groom’s room is a short walk down the hall. If you'd like a drink sooner, feel free to locate the bartender. While they may be assisting with other venue preparations, they are happy to help when available. You’re welcome to bring your own non-alcoholic beverages (such as pop or juice) for the bride's or groom's rooms; these do not require bartender service. All guests consuming alcohol must present valid identification to confirm they are 21 years of age or older. Payment Options 💳 * How Would You Like To Pay For the Bar? Partial Cash Bar Options (Only) For a Partial Cash Bar, if a prepaid drink option runs out during the first two hours of service (e.g., cocktails run out but beer remains), how would you like us to proceed? Option 1: Switch to a cash bar for the items that run out. Guests will pay standard cash bar prices for those items, while other prepaid items will continue to be served free to guests. Option 2: Start a tab. We'll keep serving the items that run out and charge them to your card at a discounted rate of 30% off the cash bar prices. If you choose to start a tab, you'll need to complete a Card on File form. You can bring this with you on the event day or fill it out at the venue. Wedding Party Bar Coverage 🍸(Cash Or Partial Cash Only) For a Partial Cash or Cash Bar, would you like to pay for the wedding party's drinks for the entire evening? Yes, cover the drinks for the wedding party all night. We’ll start a tab with your card on file or any card you prefer and charge all wedding party drinks to that tab at cash bar prices. No Bride and Groom Bar Coverage. 🍸(Cash or Partial Cash Only) For a Partial Cash or Cash Bar, the base fee includes 2 drinks for both the bride and groom. After their first two drinks, they will be responsible for any additional drinks. Would you like to open a tab for the bar? You also have the option to start a tab during the event.
