Our Wedding Bar Calculator is here to help you estimate the quantities of beer, wine, and mixer drinks you'll need to keep your guests happy and your celebration running smoothly. Everyone is different, but this is where you start.

On average, wedding guests tend to consume:

  • 35% Mixed Drinks

  • 35% Beer

  • 30% Wine

Important Note for Beer Calculations:

Our beer calculator helps you determine the exact quantities needed for various pack sizes, including 24-packs and kegs (1/2, 1/4, 1/6). It provides the amounts for each size individually.

Understanding the Output:

When the calculator suggests you need 3 kegs, it might only require a portion of each, potentially leading to waste. For example, you might need just 15 drinks from the third keg.

We include the serving amount for each keg size to help you make informed decisions and avoid waste. Compare these amounts to determine whether you really need the specified number of kegs or if a different combination might be more efficient.
