🍹 Bar Service Options

To ensure smooth service, you’ll pay a simple setup fee, which covers bartenders and bar supplies, including cups, napkins, straws, and other essentials. Choose the option that best fits your celebration.

  • 🥂 Hosted Bar

    💸 Base Fee: $1,600
    🍹 Includes: Bartenders, cups, napkins, straws, and all necessary bar supplies.
    💵 Alcohol Costs: Not included in the base fee. You’ll choose and purchase your desired drinks separately.
    📋 Drink Options: Select up to 10 drinks from our full menu, including stocked and non-stocked items.

  • ⏳ Partial Cash Bar

    💸 Base Fee: $1,300
    🍹 Includes: Bartenders, cups, napkins, straws, and all necessary bar supplies.
    💵 Alcohol Costs: Separate from the base fee. You’ll pre-purchase the drinks you want to cover for the first two hours, and any leftover will be refunded.
    ⏳ How It Works: You pre-buy drinks for the first two hours. After that, it switches to a cash bar where guests pay for their own drinks.
    📋 Drink Options: Choose up to 10 from stocked items and cocktails.

    💸 Base Fee: $1,100
    🍹 Includes: Bartenders, cups, napkins, straws, and all necessary bar supplies.

🍸 4 Signature Cocktails or Add-On Liquors Flexibility: You can split them (e.g., 3 cocktails + 1 add-on liquor)

🍺 2 Keg Varieties
Choice: Limited to two different types of keg beer (e.g., Bud Light & Miller Lite)
Note: You may order multiple kegs of each variety if desired

🍷 Wines & 🥤 Canned Options
Wines: Cabernet Sauvignon, Pinot Grigio
Canned Options: White Claw, Truly, Bud Light, Budweiser

Our Bar Backup ensures your event flows seamlessly. Order what you expect to use, and if you need more, our reserves are readily available for purchase on-site. We recommend ordering your kegs ahead of time to ensure availability, especially during peak seasons when multiple events may require the same types.

Limited keg reserves available to keep the celebration flowing smoothly. We recommend pre-ordering your kegs to ensure we have them available for your event.

Limited pony and mini kegs available to maintain a premium selection without overwhelming our inventory.

We have an ample supply of canned options available for backup. Whether your guests prefer classic beers or trendy seltzers, we have plenty in stock to meet all tastes.

Our cocktail selection is designed to delight. These are available as backup options to ensure drinks keep flowing smoothly.

Our reserves are designed to handle unexpected needs without requiring you to over-order. We have ample canned reserves and a limited stock of keg reserves. Additionally, we maintain plenty of cocktails and wine reserves to support your event in case you run out.

A Few Things to Know

Because of Michigan state laws, all alcohol must be provided through Twin Gables Bar—outside alcohol or coolers are not allowed.

If you’d like mimosas, or beer in the suites while getting ready, we’ll make it easy. Everything can (and must) be ordered directly through Twin Gables Bar.

If you’ve rented the venue the day before your wedding for a rehearsal, any alcohol served that evening must also come from Twin Gables Bar. For rehearsals, you’ll simply pay a bartender fee, the drinks you order, and tax. Want to set a budget cap for the evening? Just let us know, and we’ll handle the details!

How Easy Planning Your Bar Can Be

Step 1: Decide which bar option works best for your event: Hosted , Partial, or Full Cash Bar

Step 2: For your menu, select up to ten drinks from categories such as keg beer, canned beverages, wine, cocktails, or mocktails. Add up to four varieties of liquor with unlimited bottles per variety that count towards your ten drinks. (limit four cocktails and two kinds of keg.)

Step 3: With a Partial, you provide your guests with drinks on you for the first two (2), hours. After this hosted period, your guests are responsible for purchasing drinks.

Step 4: Cover Drinks for Your Wedding Party with a Partial Cash or Bar- just let us know, and we’ll be happy to make it happen!

Step 5: If you’d like mimosas, or beer in the get-ready suites, let us know, and we’ll have them ready for you.

Step 6: Pay your setup fee 120 days before your wedding to ensure everything is in place. Then, 30 days before your big day, finalize your drink selections and pay for any beverages you’ll host for your guests.

Step 7: Enjoy your day! We’ll handle the details so you and your guests can focus on celebrating.
