We’re thrilled to help you create the perfect drink menu for your special event! Mix and match up to 8 different beverages from the options below to make your celebration unforgettable.

You have the option of a hosted bar, partial cash bar, or a full cash bar.

  • Keg Beer (Max 2 Varieties)

    Pick up to two varieties of keg beer.

    With just two taps, we limit keg options, but if you'd like more variety, you can easily add canned selections.

    Plus, if you order a keg of a specific beer, you can include cans of that same beer without it counting toward your 8 total beverage selections.

    Want multiple kegs of your favorites? Go for it! (e.g., 2 kegs of Bud Light and 2 kegs of Busch).

    Please note that no items can be taken home.

  • Canned Beverages

    The sky's the limit here! Choose any combination of Canned beer, Flavored Malt Beverages (FMB), Hard Seltzer, or Ready-to-Drink cocktails. You can even make all 8 choices from this category if you'd like.

    Unopened cans of domestic beer, Truly, and White Claw (full cases only), are eligible for a refund if not consumed during your event. Please note that we do not offer refunds on partial cases.

    No products can be taken home.

  • Wine / Champagne (Max 3 Varieties)

    You can select up to 3 different wines or champagnes.

    It's common to offer 1 red, 1 white, and a champagne option at events, though some hosts opt for just 1 red and 1 white or simply champagne for non-wine crowds.

    We will refund any unopened extra house wine.

    No refunds will be offered for any other wine varieties.

  • Cocktails / Mixed Drinks (Max 3 Varieties)

    Mix it up with up to 3 cocktails.

    Plus, you can add 1 mocktail for those who prefer non-alcoholic options.

    (Please note no cocktails or mixed drinks can be taken home).

    If there is extra, we will refund unopened liquor. Not mixers, garnishs, etc.

  • Mocktails

    If you’re going with 3 cocktails, feel free to add 1 mocktail.

    Not into cocktails? No problem, you can choose up to 2 mocktails instead.

  • Got a Special Request?

    If you have a specific beer, wine, or cocktail in mind for a signature drink that’s not on our list, shoot us an email. We can’t promise we can get it, but we’ll do our best to make it happen.

House Wines

Enjoy the great value and convenience of our house wines, which are available by bottle. If you choose a House Wine as one of your eight selections and run out during the event, don’t worry! We’ll have more on hand, so you can easily purchase additional bottles right then and there.

If you decide not to go with a House Wine and run out of one of your other selections, we’ve still got you covered. We stock bottles of each house wine, so you can quickly and easily buy more if needed.

(We will refund any extra house wine that is unopened.)

House wines are the only standard wine option available for a cash bar. We do this to keep the price for the guests affordable. If you request a different wine, you agree to cover the difference if a minimum amount is not sold. (This is due to the price per serving being, in some cases, much higher.)

Note on Pricing

The prices for each item are included in the item’s names and will not show up during checkout. This allows us to verify your order.

After you submit your cart for verification, we will send you an invoice.

The invoice will also indicate the remaining balance and the due date. You can pay the invoice by check, cash, or bank transfer at no extra cost or by credit/debit card with a 2.90% processing fee.

Worried About Running Out? Don’t Stress—We’ve Got You Covered!

We know figuring out how much to pre-order can be tricky, but don’t worry, we’re here to help. We stock 7 varieties of our house wine and plenty of extra ingredients for the cocktails you choose. Plus, we’ll order extra of the domestic beer you pick and keep it on hand, just in case. While we can’t promise endless supplies, we’re committed to ensuring you don’t run out. If you’re unsure, reach out—we’re happy to guide you through it.

Alcohol Purchase & Refund Policy

At Twin Gables, we aim to make your event planning straightforward. Please carefully review our alcohol purchase and refund policy:

  • Refundable Items:

    • Canned Beverages: We offer refunds on unopened cans or bottles of domestic beer, Truly, and White Claw. Please note that refunds apply to full cases only—partial cases are not eligible. Refunds are not available for any other canned or bottled beverages.

    • Cocktails: Unopened liquor bottles used for cocktails will be refunded if unused.

    • House Wine: Refunds are available for unopened bottles of house wine only—no refunds for any other wine.

  • Non-Refundable Items:

    • Keg Beer: Refunds are not available for any unused keg beer.

    • Other Wines & Items: No refunds will be provided for wines other than house wine or any other items purchased that are not listed above.

Please note: Nothing purchased can be taken off-premise. Refunds are processed only for eligible unopened items in full—no partial case refund.

Bar Service Hours

Our standard bar includes 6 hours of bar service, with an additional 1 hour for setup and 1 hour for cleanup. Standard times are from 4 pm until 10 pm, Fridays and Saturdays. (2 pm to 8 pm Sundays)

The earliest bar service will start is at 3:05 pm on Fridays and 2 pm on Saturdays and Sundays. The latest it can go is 11 pm on Fridays and Saturdays and (10 pm on Sundays).

You can move the start time earlier at no extra cost (e.g., start at 2 pm and end at 8 pm). If you want the bar to stay open later, you can purchase up to 2 additional hours of bar service at $250 per hour here or on the bar ordering page.

Important: The bar will close 1 hour before your event ends, regardless of any extra hours purchased, to ensure a smooth and safe conclusion.

* If your event exceeds the standard end time, you’ll also need to purchase extra venue rental time separately for $250 per hour.

With our hosted bar, you pre-order all the drinks ahead of time. This way, your guests can enjoy the beverages you’ve chosen without any cost to them. Everyone can then focus on what truly matters—celebrating your love and creating unforgettable memories together.

  • Partial Cash Bar Option (The host covers some of the drinks. For Example, the host covers drinks during dinner service, then the bar will be a cash bar after dinner) ✓

  • Cash Bar Option: Are you planning your dream wedding and looking for ways to make it special without breaking the bank? We offer a full cash bar with 8 drinks of your choice. This is a great option to keep overall costs within budget, and drink pricing will be affordable for the guests.

  • For events with a cash bar, water bottles must be either purchased from Twin Gables or supplied by you. This ensures smooth service and avoids charging guests for water. Other non-alcoholic beverages, including pop, can be included in the cash bar only if you want; you can supply the pop or purchase it from Twin Gables so that pop and water are free to the guests. Pop and water do not count towards the 8-drink max.

Base Cost for Bar

Our bar includes professional bartenders and all essential bar supplies, such as cups, ice, and other necessary items. Bartenders will be on-site for a total of 8 hours—1 hour for setup, 1 hour for teardown, and 6 hours of bar service.

As part of our partial cash bar and host bar services, $350 can be added to your final payment for the bar.  It is optional. This will be a buffer to cover extra drinks if you run out of what you ordered. Rest assured, any unused portion of this amount will be refunded to you after the festivities. This ensures we can meet any last-minute needs without delay, making your celebration seamless and enjoyable.

Our bartenders will have a tip jar available. However, we understand that you may have specific preferences for your event. If you prefer not to have a tip jar, please contact us for details.

Full Cash Bar Option

  • With our full cash bar option, you only need to cover the base price for the bar. There is no need to worry about covering the cost of all the drinks—your guests can enjoy a variety of beverages and pay for their drinks (we will accept cash, credit or debit cards at the bar). This makes it an affordable choice for your big day. Plus, the price of the drinks will be affordable for your guests.

  • The price of each drink at the cash bar will vary depending on the choice, ranging from $4 to $7 for most drinks. We aim to offer affordable cash bar prices.

  • House wines are the only standard wine option available for a cash bar. They will be priced at $4 per serving. We do this to keep the price for the guests affordable. If you request a different wine, you agree to cover the difference if a minimum amount is not sold. (This is due to the price per serving being, in some cases, much higher.)

  • Domestic Beers will be $4 per serving.

  • Import Beers will be $ 4 to $ 6 per serving.

  • Craft Beers will range from $ 5 to $ 7 per serving.

  • Flavored malt beverages and ready-to-drink cocktails will range from $ 4 to $ 6 per serving.

Partial Cash Bar Option

A Thoughtful Balance of Hospitality and Budget Management

Our Partial Cash Bar service offers a flexible and practical approach to your wedding bar experience. With this option, the host covers the drinks for a set time, typically during dinner service, and then after dinner, the bar will become a cash bar (we will accept cash, credit, or debit cards at the bar).

Throughout the host-covered bar portion of the night, we’ll keep track of all orders. We will adjust the final charge accordingly depending on how much was pre-ordered versus what was consumed. If fewer drinks are consumed than expected, you may receive a refund. The additional cost will be added to your final bill if more drinks are enjoyed.

For example, if your bar service runs from 4:00 PM to 10:00 PM, you might cover drinks from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM during dinner. The cash bar opens once the host’s coverage ends, allowing guests to purchase additional beverages.

Why Choose a Partial Cash Bar?

  • Flexible Budgeting: You can pay for drinks served during a particular timeframe, effectively managing costs.

  • Enhanced Guest Experience: To elevate guests' experience, provide complimentary drinks during key events, such as dinner.

  • Seamless Transition: After the host’s coverage ends, the bar continues as a cash bar, ensuring smooth service.

  • Transparent Billing: We track all orders during the host-covered bar period and adjust your final bill accordingly—either provide a refund or add additional costs.

  • Keg Beer: If a full keg is not used during the host-covered portion of the event, we will refund the host for the percentage of the keg that was not consumed.

  • House Wine: We will refund any unopened bottles of house wine at the end of the host-covered portion.

  • Other Wines: No refunds will be issued for non-house wines. Any leftover wine will continue to be served during the cash bar portion, and guests will be charged accordingly.

  • Cocktails: Cocktails are sold in increments of 50 and 100 servings. We will refund any unopened liquor bottles for the cocktails at the end of the host-covered time. Please note that no extra mixers, garnishes, or non-alcoholic components will be refunded.

  • Canned Beverages: At the end of the host-covered portion, we will refund the host for any extra unopened cans that remain in their original packaging.

This option is ideal for hosts who want to combine generosity with practical cost management. It ensures that you and your guests enjoy the celebration to the fullest.

Alcohol Purchase & Refund Policy

Payment and Ordering

  • You can place your order as early as 4 months before your wedding, but we ask that orders be placed no later than 3 months before.✓

  • Once your order is placed, you'll receive an invoice for the initial down payment. This invoice will reflect the total cost of all items, but only the bar fee plus tax is due at that time.

    The invoice will also indicate the remaining balance and the due date. You can pay the invoice by check, cash, or bank transfer at no extra cost or by credit/debit card with a 2.90% processing fee.

  • Please ensure that bar items are checked out separately from free store items and rental items. This helps us maintain an organized and efficient process for all transactions.✓

  • If you've paid your final bar balance with a credit card and have leftover items eligible for a refund, the refund will be applied to that card.

  • If you've paid your final bar balance with cash or check and have leftover items eligible for a refund, we will issue a refund on the original invoice. We will issue a check for the refund.

  • At Twin Gables Event Center, all alcohol purchases made for your event are for on-premise consumption only. This means you are purchasing the right to use and enjoy these beverages at the bar during your event, and they cannot be taken off the premises.
