Weβre excited to help you customize your drink menu for your special event. Hereβs how you can mix and match up to 8 different beverages from the options below:

Keg Beer (Max 2 Varieties)
Pick up to 2 varieties of keg beer.
Want multiple kegs of your favorites? Go for it! (e.g., 2 kegs of Bud Light and 2 kegs of Busch).
(Please note that extra keg beer can not be taken home.)

Canned and Bottled Beverages
The sky's the limit here! Choose any combination of Canned or Bottled beer, Flavored Malt Beverages (FMB), Hard Seltzer, or Ready-to-Drink cocktails. You can even make all 8 choices from this category if youβd like.
(Please note that if there is extra, only Beer, Hard Seltzers, and Flavored Malt Beverages can be taken home. Ready-to-drink cocktails and Spirit-based drinks can not be taken home.)

Wine / Champagne (Max 3 Varieties)
You can select up to 3 different wines or champagnes. Single-serve bottles count toward the total of 8 drink types.

Cocktails / Mixed Drinks (Max 2 Varieties)
Mix it up with up to 2 cocktails.
Plus, you can add 1 mocktail for those who prefer non-alcoholic options.
(Please note no cocktails or mixed drinks can be taken home).

If youβre going with 2 cocktails, feel free to add 1 mocktail.
Not into cocktails? No problem, you can choose up to 2 mocktails instead.

House Wines
Enjoy the great value and convenience of our House Wines, available by the bottle. If you choose a House Wine as one of your 8 selections and run out during the event, donβt worry! Weβll have more on hand for you, so you can easily purchase additional bottles right then and there.
If you decide not to go with a House Wine and run out of one of your other selections, weβve still got you covered. We stock bottles of each House Wine, so you can quickly and easily buy more if needed.

With our full cash bar option, you only need to cover the base price for the bar. There is no need to worry about covering the cost of all the drinksβyour guests can enjoy a variety of beverages and pay for their own drinks (we will accept cash, credit or debit cards at the bar). This makes it an affordable choice for your big day. Plus, the price of the drinks will be affordable for your guests. Hereβs how it works:

Estimate and Order: Decide how much of each item you think you'll need. We'll place the order, make any necessary adjustments, and discuss it with you to ensure you have the right amount.

Taking Home Unopened Products: If there is any unopened beer or wine (Including Flavored Malt Beverages) in the original packaging, it will be for sale at the end of the event and can be purchased by anyone over the age of 21 who wants to. There is no requirement to do so.

Base Price and Beer/Wine: You cover the base price of the bar and pay for the beer and/or wine, creating a warm and welcoming experience for your guests.

Mixed Drinks or Cocktails: Your guests can pay for the mixed drinks or cocktails, saving you a large amount on the bar service. Plus, the drinks will be affordable for your guests.
This option strikes a perfect balance, allowing you to treat your guests while managing your expenses effectively.

Decide how much of each item you think you'll need. We'll place the order, make any necessary adjustments, and discuss it with you to ensure you have the right amount.

Taking Home Unopened Products: If you have any unopened beer or wine (Includes Flavored Malt Beverages) in their original packaging that you want to take with you, we are required by law to process a refund for those items on your final bar invoice and then create a new invoice as an off-premise sale. Please note that we don't offer refunds for extra products purchased.

After the refund, we will create a new invoice for the off-premise sale of these extra products. Please note the price will not change, and you will not pay any more than the final bar invoice.

If you paid your final bar bill with a credit card, the refund will be applied to that card. You can then use the same card to pay the new invoice, making it a simple swap.

If you paid your final bar bill with cash or check, you donβt need to do anything. We will send you an invoice for the off-premise items and use your cash or check payment to cover it.
*We apologize for the extra invoice if you want to take the extra products home. The MLCC laws require separate invoices for on-premise and off-premise sales.

If you prefer not to take the extra items, you can leave them behind. Please note that no refund will be issued for items left behind.

With our open bar, you pre-order all the drinks ahead of time. This way, your guests can enjoy the beverages youβve chosen without any cost to them. Everyone can then focus on what truly mattersβcelebrating your love and creating unforgettable memories together.

Donβt worry if you order a little extra! You can take home any leftover Beer, Wine, Hard Seltzers, and Flavored Malt Beverages. Ready-to-drink cocktails and Spirit-based drinks can not be taken home.). Itβs always better to have a bit more than to run out during your event.

Please note that you cannot take home any leftover mixed drinks or cocktails. We are only licensed to sell beer and wine (Includes Flavored Malt Beverages) for off-premise use; no spirits of any kind, not even canned products, can be sold off-premise.

You can place your order as early as 4 months before your wedding but no later than 3 months before.

After you place your order, weβll send you an invoice for an initial down payment of $1500 plus tax. This invoice will show the total cost of all items, but only $1500 plus tax is due at that time.

Two to three weeks before your wedding, weβll send you another invoice for the remaining amount. The final payment is due then.

Please ensure that bar items are checked out separately from free store items and rental items. This helps us maintain an organized and efficient process for all transactions.

You can place your order as early as 4 months before your wedding but no later than 3 months before.

After you place your order for a full cash bar, weβll send you an invoice for the bar payment of $1500 plus tax, which is due three months before your wedding.

For a partial cash bar, the cost will be the same as above, but the invoice will include the cost of the items you want to provide to your guest free of charge. Only $1500 plus tax is due at that time three months out.

The final payment for the items is due 2 to 3 weeks before your wedding. We will send an invoice. (Invoices can be paid by check, cash, or bank transfer for no added fee and with a credit/debit card for an additional fee of 2.9 %.)
